I had revision surgery on the nasal bridge and nasal tip cartilage. The reasons were a crooked nasal bridge and an abnormal nasal tip. During the first surgery, the nasal bridge became crooked due to overcorrection, but they just kept repeating that it was because of swelling and that this was how it was supposed to be.. Even after several months, it was still crooked, so I had revision surgery. They said the nasal tip cartilage was weak, so they also harvested autologous costal cartilage. I went because it was closed rhinoplasty and they were said to be famous for revision surgery, but that all seems like old talk now.
