Then it probably won’t look good, are you sure you’d be okay with that~?”.. The director said the surgical method and shape I wanted were all possible and that he could accommodate them. He seemed to have confidence in his skills However, I absolutely did not want to use rib cartilage, but he didn’t give a definite answer, saying, “We’d have to open the nose and see; if the septal cartilage condition isn’t good, we might have to use rib cartilage~” (Donated rib cartilage was an additional 1 million KRW) I didn’t want to have surgery without the materials and price being finalized, so I ruled it out
