I was worried because there were comments saying the staff were unfriendly, but everyone was kind. The director’s surgeries overlapped, so I waited about an hour and a half, but everyone was very apologetic, so I did not get angry. Also, rather than the director coming out in the middle of surgery, I trusted them more seeing that they finished the surgery carefully until the end before coming out. I had been thinking about nose surgery for a long time and went to more than 10 consultations, but this was the first hospital that analyzed my overall face. I liked the follow-up care and the consultation with the director, so I think I will do it here.
