All the staff are kind. I was told many times that there might be a wait because it is a one-doctor clinic, but the actual waiting time was about the same as other clinics They ask you to show them photos of the eyes you want if you have any, and they also take photos of my eyes for the consultation They explain well what surgery I would need to get eyes like the ones I want, and also explain additional surgeries that would be good to do together The director seems to prefer clear, open-looking eyes? There is a discount if you book on the same day, but it does not feel like they pressure you
