The aftercare is really bad. I had nose, eyes, and chin implants done here 2 years ago, and starting 7 months later I got pressure in my nose, it kept pulling, it hurt every day, and it still does now, and my nose shape keeps changing, but they just pretend not to know and say I'm being overly sensitive and that it's psychological. Surgery can go wrong, but I think aftercare should be handled properly.
