It was only good up until Hong Jin-ju’s expansion. After the hospital expanded under JJ and started working with other doctors too, it wasn’t good anymore. Even when I said I wanted to be treated by the director, it seemed like they used other doctors. Whether it was for touch-ups or follow-ups, a different doctor came, which made me certain. Usually, isn’t the operating doctor the one who checks the post-op course? I clearly said I wanted to be treated by Director Hong Jin-ju, and when I asked the hospital they said Director Hong Jin-ju really was the one who did the surgery, but I couldn’t understand why I could never see her even once after surgery....... A different doctor kept coming, so I suspected maybe they put me under sedation and used another doctor. The results weren’t that good either. Wayyyyy back when the director worked alone, both follow-ups and consultations were done with her, so I really can’t understand it. After that, I stopped going.
