The consultation with the doctor was okay, but the manager was the worst. First, the doctor seemed to explain the surgery in a general way based on the hospital's methods rather than tailoring it to one patient, and the consultation time was very short, so I couldn't really decide. I threw away the business card right away so I don't remember the name, but the tall manager pressured me to pay a deposit, and when I said I was worried, her tone was really rude, to the point that I thought I didn't even want to get surgery at this hospital anymore haha.
