I remember waiting a really long time just to get one consultation. I think I waited almost two hours. I consulted with Director Hong, and he was kind. I remember his confident demeanor. After seeing the director, I even put down a deposit and went ahead thinking I might do it here.
But because it was a revision surgery for sausage eyes, I felt uneasy and asked for another consultation, and when I visited, after seeing the attitude of the consultation coordinator that day, I canceled my reservation. I asked about AS in case things didn’t go well, and after that they gave me some kind of surgical consent form? (It wasn’t the day of surgery but the day of the second consultation, so I don’t remember exactly what kind it was) and when I said I’d rather not sign it today, take it home, read it carefully, and submit it on the day of surgery, they said, 'Why are you doing that? You can’t take it home,' and when I asked for a copy, they walked out holding the documents and said, 'You have to trust people,' as they left.
Having already failed once at another hospital, I felt there was no reason to do it here when they had that kind of attitude, so I canceled right away. I don’t know if that coordinator is still there. I’ve had many consultations, but the attitude was memorable.
