The doctor and the manager were both kind. However, I’d also been going around to other hospitals for consultations, and this was the only place where the explanation was different. It felt like they lacked a lot of professional explanation, or rather, instead of looking at things like eye structure, fat, or widening, they seemed more focused on matching whatever feeling the customer wanted. I don’t know about surgery, but for consultations, I think it’s better to visit several places, not just this one.
