I had double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty about 10 years ago. My friend had it done first back then, and her eyes turned out beautifully, so I followed suit. During the consultation, I repeatedly emphasized that I wanted it to look natural, and it did turn out natural, so I'm still satisfied now. The epicanthoplasty scar is hardly visible, and the double eyelid surgery was non-incisional buried suture, so it still hasn't loosened and has held up well. People around me don't even know I had eye surgery unless I tell them. I recommended it to a younger acquaintance who was worrying about double eyelid surgery, and she was pretty satisfied. But I'm quite disappointed with the nose.. The friend who had it first also complained that her nose looked obvious, and I also think it wasn't the right method for my nose shape. Back then I didn't really know, so I just went because of my friend, but looking back, I wish I had researched each area better before going. My nose had a slightly high bridge and a low tip, but they just placed silicone and ear cartilage on top of that shape. It looks natural, but not naturally pretty. So I'm thinking about nose revision surgery.
