My first nose surgery. I didn't research anything and just got it done at the same place as someone I know. The result was a total failure. I brought photos of the nose I wanted and showed them (I had a bulbous nose and wanted a sharper tip while increasing the nasolabial angle), but they said increasing the nasolabial angle was something a person can't do... so I thought that was just how it was, but what do you know... other clinics do it just fine... Other than getting a bridge, my bulbous nose is still the same. There are no complications, and there are no visible scars at all, and the natural result is a plus, but being so natural that even my family doesn't know I had nose surgery is also a minus. It looks like nothing changed... Even though it was my first surgery, it was very expensive.
