When I said I wanted the non-incisional method because I didn't want a scar, she said other doctors don't really know much, so they do the non-incisional method, but the scar from stitching is actually more noticeable and the incision method is less noticeable; she said upper canthoplasty was optional... The office manager was a bit rude
