This was the best place in terms of consultation expertise. If they just lift it with something like a cotton swab? and touch it, it is hard to get a sense of what my surgical result would look like, but it was nice because they drew on a side-profile photo so I could anticipate the changes! Of course, I cannot judge that as a perfectly accurate surgical result, but since the prediction is made on the premise that the result could ultimately come out similarly, I thought it could give me a certain level of confidence about the surgery. There were many reviews with clear before-and-after differences, so I think expectations naturally became higher.
