Since it was a revision surgery, I was looking for hospitals that use costal cartilage well, and they seemed good with both donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage, so I went for a consultation. The director touched my nasal tip and asked if I remembered what materials or surgeries I had before, so I told them what I remembered. They said my skin stretches well, so raising it as much as I want would be fully possible, and since it’s a revision surgery, they recommended autologous costal cartilage. Anyway, I cautiously mentioned that I had a lot of concerns because it was a revision surgery.. The director was full of confidence, so somehow I feel like the result would be good if I had surgery there.
