I was able to get into the consultation room smoothly, but inside the room I consulted first with the manager. After that, they said the doctor would come in, but after more than 40 minutes they still hadn’t come in, so I went out to ask when they would arrive. They said it would be about 15 more minutes. I wish they had told me from the start that the doctor would be late. Overall, everyone was kind though.
In the end, the doctor came in and looked extremely tired. They said that to correct a bulbous nose, it needs to be raised, and drew on a photo of my nose to show roughly how much it would be. But the CT had been reviewed with the manager, and the doctor and I only talked based on the nose photo. In other hospitals I had feedback like there was severe asymmetry, etc., but there was no detailed feedback like that here. I think the consultation lasted about 5 minutes.
For now, my nasal bridge isn’t flat like a pancake, but they said 3 to 4 mm of silicone would be inserted, so I plan to look into other hospitals too.
