Rather than looking at the patient's condition and giving clear advice.. It feels like they try to listen to what the patient wants. Personally, I wanted them to look at my condition and make suggestions, but the consultation was a bit unclear and frustrating. Their answer was along the lines of, with canthoplasty, separation could happen or it might not... so it was ambiguous.
