After consulting with the director, I consulted with the counseling manager. I was able to see the director 20 minutes later than my appointment time. The consultation was detailed, with anatomy drawings. The manager’s consultation was also not pushy and only covered the necessary parts. There was no deposit or consultation fee. I liked it, so I made a surgery reservation and left.
