<Yesterday 7:30 a.m. face sketch>After surgery<Post-op photo>After surgery<5 hours after surgery, the gauze was removed>Before<This is before discharge this morning>After<In the car on the way home after discharge><Took this when I got home>Hello. I had square jaw, chin, and full-face liposuction done yesterday~^^

This post is dedicated to those of you who are stressed, feel inferior, or have a complex about your face shape. I have had a complex about my face for 12 years, which led to depression, and I even went to a psychiatry clinic. It would take too long to explain in detail, but I believe anyone with wounds like mine will understand how I feel I called the plastic surgery clinic every day for consultations, and also did KakaoTalk consultations. I did it so many times that I must have been a nuisance to the hospital staff. I agonized over it that much before deciding, and the conclusion is that I think I made the right decision, more than right, it was the best thing I could have done. It’s only day 2, so I don’t know how pretty the line will turn out, but beyond the line itself, my confidence and self-esteem have just shot all the way up to the sky. It feels like, I did it, I changed. I got the full benefit of what cosmetic surgery is meant to do I’m on my way home after pulling on the surgical tape, walking one loop around Starfield. No matter who looks at me, I don’t feel ashamed at all and I don’t feel intimidated. I’m so happy that I became this confident in just two days

1. Choosing the hospital

First, the list of hospitals I consulted with KakaoTalk. phone. ㅍㅇㅅㄹㅇ. ㅌㅇ. ㅁㅇㄷㅇ. ㅆㅂㅋ In-person consultations ㅅㅈㅇ. ㄹㅂㅇ. ㄱㄹㅎ Places recommended by acquaintances where the surgery went well, places I agonized over until the end ㄴㅈㅎ. ㄹㅋㅋ

When I listened to the directors during consultations, each of their surgical methods seemed right, so it was really tempting. So my 기준 for choosing was how safe it was within my own common sense and how non-commercial it felt. So I searched Google for accidents and complications, and I first asked by phone whether I could monitor the operating room CCTV.

The way the coordinator spoke "It’s definitely possible. It can be done. We can cut everything off. If we don’t do this extra thing, the surgical result may be bad." I said bye with a smile right away to that coordinator.

The doctor’s way of speaking "It’s definitely possible. It can be done. We can cut everything off." But there was a doctor who said that without even taking a CT or checking the nerve line, and told me to cut off everything in the jaw.. and that person had a recent post about a cheekbone nonunion.. I think it’s right to get it done by someone who feels safe within your own common sense.

After a long, long deliberation, I chose Gyalmeun. Honestly, at other places, when you go for a consultation, it feels like they’d cut out your liver and gallbladder if they could. But the consultation director here was straightforward and trustworthy. Very refined too. It was comfortable. I also thought I want to become a woman like the director as I get older. When I said I wanted facial contouring type 3, the doctor got irritated, saying I was insisting on unnecessary things for my face. He said if I’d regret it, I should go somewhere else and do it, and that made me feel, this is the one!! My husband also came with me for the consultation, and seeing that he said if we weren’t going to do it at Gyalmeun then we shouldn’t get surgery at all, I guess he felt it too.

2. Mindset before surgery

Since I had been worrying for so long, I was pretty calm. At last, I thought I was going to escape this disgusting appearance complex and stress, and there was also resentment, like if I had just been born pretty, I wouldn’t have had to do this. But on the day of surgery, I barely slept and waited at the hospital until 6:30 a.m. Right before it started, I did feel regret, wondering if I was really right to be doing this.

3. After surgery

When the anesthesia wore off, I was so upset, I was in pain.. why did I do this. Tears were just pouring out My sister kept wiping my tears But the funny thing is, I was crying, then came to my senses, looked in the mirror, and I started laughing My sister and I both laughed I didn’t have a blood sea The pain from the cotton packed in my mouth made my jaw joint feel like it was about to burst, but once it was removed, I felt better soon after. I’m not sure about the pain of bone being shaved away, The liposuctioned fat was the most painful. It pulled a lot. They had to remove the anesthesia gas, so they told me to cough and gargle in my mouth, it was hard but not unbearable. The director came to the ward and checked my sensation. I have it all. It just doesn’t feel like my own skin from the face to the neck because of the anesthesia, but I could touch, pinch, and feel everything. The stitches inside my mouth almost didn’t hurt at all, and when I drank a lemon ion drink, it stung a little. The hospital gave me ice cream and porridge, but I couldn’t get a spoon in, so I didn’t eat them. The most uncomfortable part was the area where they did the double-chin liposuction!! And the thing with blood and phlegm collecting before sleep

4. Care on discharge day

Dressing, swelling injections, antibiotics, some kind of laser, hair shampooing (the nurse shampoos, I dry it myself) The dressing hurt a bit. It was taping, disinfecting, and sticking it on. I stopped receiving the laser because when I lay flat, my face felt pulled.. Also, the director came to check before discharge and said the surgery went well, and told me not to pull too hard, and said I should go home without taking it off, but I just came back with it on. Mental stability.. stubbornness.. Now I’m going back in a week to get the stitches out, and before that I’m planning to go get one more swelling injection.

5. Current situation

I went shopping at Hanam Starfield for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Not being able to eat is physically exhausting. As the swelling in my mouth goes down, I can open my mouth a little wider bit by bit. At the hospital they said that if I eat things like jjajangmyeon or ramen after cutting them up small and finish everything, recovery is faster, so they told me to eat well.. But I can’t even eat the bits in soup, so I’m straining it and drinking it.

As for recommended items to prepare before surgery, there really aren’t any. There isn’t much you can do..

Please don’t leave comments that dig into my feelings, and as for asking about the cost, please go directly to the hospital and ask during a consultation. I even asked for a discount by saying I’d reveal my face, but they refusedㅎㅎㅅㅎ they said there were people waiting to be face models.. and asked why a married person would even think that If you really want to know, please ask specifically. Please don’t just ask, 'How much is it??' By the way, the director is extremely sharp-tongued before surgery, but from the day of surgery onward he becomes a super sweet guy. He’s probably the sweetest man I’ve ever seen He’s even sweeter than my husband

I’m not good at writing, so I’m not sure if this was easy to read. I wrote this because, just as this was a desperate choice for me, I wanted to be helpful, so please be kind when reading it, and if you have any questions, I’ll answer as much as I know~^ ^ May everyone who reads this post become happy!

I don’t think anyone would misunderstand my sloppy writing, but this is a real surgery review that I paid for myself and even got a cash receipt for, with 0 discount at all
