From the moment I tried to book a consultation, it was hard. If you want to get a date, the consultation manager calls the next day, and if you miss that call, that's the end of it. I waited a month and a half for the consultation appointment, but couldn't see the director. The consultation manager's tone was basically irritable, and when answering my questions, she kept raising her voice. I was arguing back in the same way, but I worried it might become a disadvantage for me if I ever had surgery there, so I held back and kept smiling while talking. If I had known I wouldn't go through with it, I should have at least said something. Ugh, my questions weren't answered and I still wasn't sure, so every time I asked to see more before-and-after photos, she looked at me like I was a nuisance and only after a struggle did she find and show them. They say the price goes up every January. This year the base price is 2100, and since I had fat grafting on my face 8 years ago, there was an extra charge, plus VAT, so I thought, no, let me just search more carefully and find another place. I gave up on this one, thinking there must be some good doctor at a reasonable price somewhere.
