I wanted natural-looking double eyelids, and because my inner eye distance was wide, I also had medial canthoplasty. After nine months, all the swelling had gone down, and nobody around me could tell I had double-eyelid surgery. It looks completely natural, and I think the swelling fully disappears after three months. Even before then, there was not much major swelling, so I was able to go about daily life normally.
