I originally had double eyelids, so I spent a long time wondering whether I really needed surgery. But I kept being bothered by how especially stuffy the inner corners of my eyes looked. I decided on surgery because I wanted to improve only the parts I had usually felt dissatisfied with, naturally, rather than make a major change! Some acquaintances who already had double eyelids also had surgery at JT Plastic Surgery, and as time passed, the settling process and final line looked really natural. After watching their progress myself, I thought it seemed fine, so I decided to have surgery there too. The surgery was done using the natural-adhesion method, and it cost 1.32 million won. Since I work, the recovery period was my biggest concern, so I scheduled the surgery during the Lunar New Year holiday to minimize disruption to my work schedule. At first I worried about how much swelling there would be and how long recovery would take, but it settled more naturally than expected. It was not too burdensome when I returned to work after the holiday, and people around me said it was not that I looked dramatically different, but that my overall impression looked somewhat different haha. In particular, I was happy that the stuffy feeling around the inner corners, which had bothered me, improved a lot. Since I already had double eyelids, I thought there would not be a big difference, but even though only a small part changed, my eyes look much more open overall. I chose this clinic after seeing my acquaintances’ surgical progress, and after having it done myself, I think I understand why they recommended it. I wanted to improve the parts I had been unhappy with without changing my original eye shape too much, and the result now is exactly what I wanted!
