It’s already been written about a lot in other posts, but I’m writing this in case it helps. I had surgery about 11 years ago, when the doctor was at BK. There were many posts saying there was a big difference before and after surgery, and that exactly matches my experience. Before surgery, it wasn’t 100%, but after being told they would make it look pretty, I decided to have the surgery. But during the consultation, they said that if I did an outline crease it would be high and look very awkward, so I accepted that and decided to do a lower line. The result, however, was the very high line they had said would look awkward, and it was made very thick, so even after several years it did not lower at all. They said they had struggled to match my eyes because there was asymmetry in the eye shape, but when it was opened again later, I hadn’t even known I had ptosis correction, and I was told it had been fixed in a strange place. So I think that’s why I had quite a bit of discomfort when opening my eyes in daily life. During the consultation, I agreed to do fat grafting twice, paid for it, and they had even harvested the fat, but when I went for the second round, even though I was already fully anesthetized, maybe they didn’t want to do it, as soon as they saw me they said, “Oh, the fat grafting from last time turned out really well,” and didn’t do it. When I went to check the progress, they were revising the line. They did one or two spots, and maybe they got irritated; when moving on to the next one, suddenly, they sharply scraped an area that hadn’t even been anesthetized with an instrument. There was tremendous pain, and I heard the nurse next to me scream.
