It feels like a factory-style hospital. The doctors they send me to change frequently. Some days they use the laser carefully and do a good job, while on other days they rush through the treatment in less than 30 seconds, and this happens far too often. Toning requires multiple sessions, so the effects may take time, but it was also quite disappointing that I could not choose my treating doctor. Even when I specified a doctor, I was told that the doctor might not be there that day, which was very frustrating. I am also disappointed that I do not even know the treating doctor's name.
