A clinic I found because I didn’t want to shave down my dorsal hump They said it feels like a simple procedure/surgery and recovery is quick too
The content about alar reduction, meaning Nose Beam, sounded really good. But they said I would need to put in Megaderm. Since I had seen many other reviews saying it dissolves unevenly and becomes bumpy, I felt a lot of resistance to it.
So I said I wanted to use cartilage instead of Megaderm, and they scolded me, saying why would I use hard cartilage when there’s a good material I felt upset
They said after putting in Megaderm, there would be a step-off between the dorsal hump and nasal tip, so filler should be injected there.
I came for surgery because I don’t want to get filler, but in the end I have to get filler..?
With that thought, I just decided not to have surgery.
