Non-incisional canthoplasty reconstruction

3 months ago, I had non-incisional lateral + lower canthoplasty together, and 3 months later I had reconstruction. The reconstruction surgery was done under sleep anesthesia, took about 20 minutes, and I think it ended simply.

According to the doctor, lower canthoplasty reconstruction is simple, but for lateral canthoplasty they have to find the thread, so even though it was done non-incisionally, they said an under-eye incision has to be made during reconstruction.

Fortunately, in my case they found the thread quickly, so they made only a very small incision and I didn't even have stitches. But compared with my first surgery, the bruising was worse, and blood vessels burst badly, so even now, 2 weeks later, one eye is still very red...

After the canthoplasty, my eyes definitely got bigger and my sharp, slanted eye shape softened into a rounder look, but I was so stressed every time I looked in the mirror because of the change in my impression. When I looked into reconstruction, there was so little informationㅠㅠㅠ so I'm posting a review.

They said that even after reconstruction, it would take 2 to 3 weeks to return to my original eyes, but for me, right after surgery, they almost went back to how they were before.

It was enough that I could go about daily life immediately after surgery, and it didn't hurt at all. It's a simple surgery where you can wash your face or apply makeup right away, so if you're stressed, please don't worry too much and I hope you get reconstruction as soon as possible!!
