I had revision rhinoplasty done here. The reason I chose this hospital was that after my first surgery, the height difference compared to before surgery was large, so I couldn’t get used to that image change and wanted to lower it again naturally. My original nose was bulbous, but the first surgery didn’t fully correct the bulbous nose. I wanted to make it natural while correcting the bulbous nose, so I went to a lot of consultations, but everyone said the nose had to be raised for bulbous nose correction, so I was feeling gloomy. Then this was the only place that said they could make it natural while keeping the nose small, so I booked surgery as if I’d found an oasis. I emphasized a lot that I wanted it shorter than my previous nose, not obvious, with the glabella height lowered, the nasal tip made rounder, and the nasal tip made smaller and well-defined, and they listened to all the requests I mentioned. When there was swelling, it had some height, and that look seemed pretty, so I liked it. But as the swelling went down, the nasal tip shape felt less defined and became rounder, the line kept getting lower, and my face looked younger than before. Also, while I had swelling, scar tissue formed too, so I struggled a lot. Whenever I wanted scar tissue injections or Rizaben, if I visited, they did everything I wanted for free. But the hospital waiting time is extremely long. Almost over 2 hours is standard. In conclusion, they listened to all the requirements I mentioned, but I guess it was a failure by my aesthetic standards. I thought I’d be satisfied if I had surgery like this, but because I liked the look better when there was swelling and height, I realized I actually want something a bit slimmer and more glamorous. Right now I’m thinking about surgery again for a more mature look. For now, this hospital is genuinely very natural, so even though it was a revision surgery, people are even less aware that I had rhinoplasty than after my first surgery. If that’s what you want, I think you’ll be satisfied. I’m planning to have surgery again in a more glamorous style for a mature look. The request to make my nose smaller did have an effect. Compared with my original nose, it really improved a lot, but I still think it needs to be refined more ㅎ

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
