I’ve received consultations at several places so far, but the consultation manager here was very unfriendly, and not only the manager but also the other staff were so unprofessional that I wondered how they handled their work. It was hard to see them as people working in the service industry. Is it because it’s a large hospital with many patients? The director consulted with professional knowledge, so there was a sense of trust, but the consultation time was too short and the attitude clearly showed annoyance. I wondered how a paid consultation could be like this :)
