1 Percent Community Review

I couldn’t even get a consultation. I didn’t even get to see the director. I had made a reservation in advance, but on the day of the consultation they suddenly said the surgery was taking longer, and asked if I could come a bit later than my reserved time. I said okay and went, but even after getting there I waited over 30 minutes, almost 40 minutes I think. While I was waiting, the consultant came and said the surgery seemed like it would take longer than expected, and that I would probably have to wait about one more hour. I said I had another consultation booked elsewhere and probably couldn’t wait that long, and she said, couldn’t I come again next time, couldn’t I come again tomorrow, something like that. I was honestly so dumbfounded.. I had nothing to say. I was so furious and annoyed I could die, but what was even more absurd was that she asked if I couldn’t change the time of the next hospital appointment or push it back a bit. Seriously, I was like, ah, this place is not it^^ and left. I thought the appointment time here would awkwardly overlap with another hospital, so I didn’t book that one and booked this place instead, and I’m seriously regretting it. I didn’t even get to see the director’s face, just wasted time, ruined my mood, and came out. Honestly, the reason the surgery ran long didn’t make sense to me either, but wow
