I felt that the consultation manager had very strong pride in the hospital. But as for why that was, she didn’t show evidence and just gave the impression of saying it was obvious and that their hospital was safe, so I didn’t really trust it. For example, even when I said I was concerned about keloids, she just let it pass. She didn’t talk about response methods or previous cases or anything like that. If the suturing is done wrong, it can turn into scarring.. Ah, she said if the scarring is severe, they would provide some kind of laser treatment.
The director seemed honest and straightforward, but I found it a bit unexpected that he didn’t recommend or suggest things first. It felt like he just does whatever the patient wants, like, “Where do you want to do? Yes, go ahead.” … I was a bit disappointed because he didn’t explain more, like what would be better for the patient’s face shape or what the proportions were like.
