I went for consultations twice that day, and both times they welcomed me kindly. It felt like they were trying to perform the surgery the way I wanted? Rather than saying, “Let’s make this kind of nose,” they asked a lot about what kind of nose I wanted. We decided to use osteotomy, ear cartilage, and the nasal septum. Human greed is scary; now that I’m thinking of doing it here, I feel regretful about not getting a more glamorous nose. Rhinoplasty really seems difficult ㅜㅜ
