I thought I would have a consultation with the manager after the doctor, but the manager consulted first, which was a bit unusual? I guess it was probably to match the doctor's schedule... But both the doctor and the manager were so kind. I had a lot of questions too... I also liked that they tried to accommodate my opinions as much as possible. But they kept saying it was cheaper if I put down a deposit today, so I didn't go through with the surgery.
