The consultation manager was very kind, and the director was kind too, but they didn't give a very detailed consultation. They looked extremely busy. It seemed like they prefer a certain level of dramatic effect rather than something purely natural. I was worried the director might be younger than I expected and not have much experience, but their reviews are good and apparently their career is longer than they look.
