I went there for a consultation because I wanted nose surgery. The process is that you first consult with the manager, and then after that you consult with the doctor. The consultation is on the brief side, so I asked a lot of questions. They’re the type who answer clearly when you ask. I think it would be good to prepare questions about the shape you want, etc.
