I went for a consultation after getting a strong recommendation from an acquaintance, and I was deeply disappointed. First of all, everyone at the front desk seemed to have had too much work done, with really overwhelming faces, so I was so shocked that I couldn’t even look straight at them. The consultation with the director was very kind, but they recommended unnecessary surgery. Then, during the consultation with the manager, they pushed the deposit too hard, which disappointed me a lot. And because the consulting managers kept changing, I started to wonder whether I could really trust this place to have surgery there. I had high expectations because I had heard the director used to be extremely successful, but I ended up stepping back after being very disappointed with how the hospital was run.
