The eye shape came out well, exactly as I wanted. Even when I went for a follow-up consultation about a personal concern after about 1 year? they looked at it really carefully. In the end it wasn't a serious problem, but the director explained in great medical detail why I was having those symptoms. He explained it in a way the listener could understand and feel reassured, so I was grateful. Since I went in about a rather minor issue, the staff could have been a bit annoyed too, but they empathized and said it was natural to worry, and asked how worried I must have been to come in. Before the consultation with the director, I was so worried.. I asked the manager what would happen if it had loosened or something had gone wrong, and she reassured me that of course they would do it again, that I had trusted them, so if there was a problem they would of course fix it again, that the only cost would be the anesthesia fee, and not to worry. There are plenty of clinics that don't even say that much, and honestly among the consultation managers at plastic surgery clinics I've met only two who were that kind, including her. Unlike some clinics that glance at follow-ups carelessly, the director really looked at it in detail too. Of course his skill is excellent, and even though I went back a full year after surgery, he examined me so well that I thought if I ever needed a revision, I would want to go to this director again, seriously
