I had it done in 2018, so it's been 4 years now. My satisfaction with the result keeps going up. I went up from the countryside to get it done, so I had consultation to surgery all on the same day, and the consultation was only about 10 minutes. I asked for something more glamorous rather than natural, and the line was an in-out line. At first it was so thick that I thought it might become sausage eyes, but looking back at old photos now, it seems the swelling kept going down for a year. When my eyes are closed, the line thickness looks very thick, but my skin itself is thin and I don't have much fat in the eyelids, so when I open my eyes it folds in smoothly, and in the end it became just the right thickness. I don't know whether the doctor understood even my tissue type and made the line thicker on purpose, but anyway, the people I met 1-2 years after the double-eyelid surgery had no idea I had it done.
