I went into the consultation two hours later than my scheduled consultation time. I waited for two hours and then had the consultation, but it was just them explaining things in the director’s own routine, so it didn’t even feel like a consultation, and it ended in 5 minutes. I know the director was tired because they had just finished surgery and came straight in for consultations, but I live in the countryside and got up at dawn, took 3 and a half hours to get there, and even had to lie face down at the hospital. A staff member woke me up while I was sleeping in front of the front desk and told me the director would be coming soon, so I should go into the consultation room, and even after waiting in the consultation room for a long time, when the director didn’t come out, he woke me up while I was lying face down on the consultation room desk. That really said it all. I was honestly so disappointed.
