First, I applied for the event, but the chief surgeon said event applications are not accepted, and even knowing that, I went ahead and requested a consultation with the chief surgeon. During the in-person consultation, the consultation manager complained that everyone only wants the chief surgeon. I don’t know why she felt the need to tell me that. She wasn’t especially kind during the consultation, and I didn’t feel any professionalism either. She seemed like someone who doesn’t fit service work. Also, when I asked whether a discount was possible for surgery, she said not to ask such things with a straight face. She said this is a place specializing in revision surgery, so it’s different from those cheaper Gangnam clinics. ;; Even the famous private clinics I’ve been to until now would tell me how discounts might be possible, so she seems like the type who really puts people off.
My consultation with the chief surgeon was still satisfying. I felt the professionalism, and he made me feel that my needs were being sufficiently heard.
But because of the consultation manager, I have absolutely no intention of going through with it.
