I had consultations with Director Shim and Director Lee during a single visit. I briefly met the manager, and then being able to consult with the directors almost right away without much waiting was nice and fast. Director Shim immediately pinpointed what the problem was and how they could fix it, which I liked. Director Lee looked at the photos I brought and was calmer and gentler.
