I had rhinoplasty from the head director a long time ago and suffered from complications, then underwent revision surgery at another hospital. I definitely knew it was supposed to be nasal septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and I paid for that.. but my nose kept getting worse and redder, and even when I went back, they reacted like it was a hassle, so I stopped going. It turned out.. they said that instead of nasal septal cartilage, they had put in Medpor. It seems like a lot of people go here, and it may look good right away because it is built up high, but please be careful with Medpor.. On CT, the silicone was also inserted all the way to the nasal tip. There was definitely no mention of Medpor, and they had said that silicone should not be inserted too long and that they had used nasal septal cartilage too. I suffered for a long time from complications, and the medical team also did not seem to have any proper will to provide follow-up care.
