It really made me feel that experience cannot be ignored. They made recommendations while considering the overall balance, and they were good at pinpointing detailed aspects and setting the surgical direction. When making recommendations, they didn’t just emphasize the director’s own opinion; beforehand, they also listened carefully to my opinions and tried to set the direction in a way that matched them as much as possible. I could feel that from the explanation, so I trusted them.
