I had lower eyelid fat repositioning + dual canthoplasty (outer and lower canthoplasty). It’s day 10 now.. It’s still not at a stage where I can say it turned out well, so for now my feeling is split 50:50 between regret and wondering whether it went well. So it feels awkward to post photos and hospital information yet.. Anyway, I had it done at a famous hospital.
*Individual review Dual canthoplasty - When viewed from the front, my eyes look a bit bigger and more refreshed than before, but an S-line formed, so I’ve become a little sad-looking. From the side, it actually looks less attractive than before.. just a sad look.. a wronged-looking eye.. A design that makes me suspect it might have become slightly D-shaped.. (unclear). I hope the lower canthoplasty area rises a little..
Lower eyelid fat repositioning - I had some dark circles and not a lot of lower eyelid fat, but I’ve recently been hearing a lot that I look tired, so I got it done.. It’s still day 10, so I’m not sure yet.. The dark circles still seem to be there.. the under-eye hollow is still there too.. But I can’t tell whether that’s because of swelling.. Or maybe the color has become pigmented because of the shape of the under-eye hollow, and that may not go away... Also, depending on my expression, the aegyo-sal does come up slightly, but even before surgery it did show a little, so I think it feels a bit more emphasized now..
*Swelling and bruising - It’s day 10 now, and the big bruises and swelling seem to have gone down, but I can still see a little bruising under the eyes, and there still seems to be some slight swelling... If completely red bloodshot eyes are 100, then on day 1 after surgery mine were about 70, and now on day 10 they seem to be around 10.
People usually say you should wait about two weeks, so I hope I feel better after Chuseok break.. It still feels awkward ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Also, what I felt is that having two surgeries done together doesn’t seem that good.. Recovery naturally takes longer. And if some problem comes up.. it’s hard to tell which surgery caused it.. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Has anyone here had lower eyelid fat repositioning and dual canthoplasty together? And honestly, I hope the lower canthoplasty part sticks a little more.. It looks too sad ㅜㅜ People around me keep saying I look very curious about something and wronged ㅜㅜㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
