I had non-incisional ptosis correction surgery with Director Choi Moon-seop. He was a completely different person on the consultation day and on the day of surgery. On the consultation day, he confidently said he could create the line I wanted and would do it. On the day of surgery, he changed his words and said he couldn’t do it. He was extremely irritable toward the patient. (He was kind on the consultation day;) He was very unfriendly and far too stubborn. Improvement is needed. I really, really, really regret having surgery here. I’m currently going around looking for a revision surgery clinic.
