They told me from the consultation booking stage that the consultation would take about an hour and a half, and in reality I was able to resolve most of my questions during that really long time. The staff were also very kind, and especially good at empathizing. The director’s explanation was also professional, and they explained the surgical method in detail, but it was a little different from the direction I had in mind (materials and shape), so I’m going to look into other hospitals too.
