The director was very kind. They used a cotton swab to shape my nose directly and showed me a rough idea of what it would look like after surgery, which I liked. The consultation was based on a CT scan. The director gave me the general explanation and answered my questions, and the manager explained the detailed surgical method. The manager was kind too.
