I have a lot to say about Weverse, really. Since I live overseas, I first contacted them on KakaoTalk, but they said I had to pay a reservation deposit before I could consult. At ㅁㅅㄹㅇ, the doctor personally gave a very thorough online consultation for free, so I was shocked that here they asked me to pay first. They said I should put down the deposit first, and then they would relay the consultation details to the doctor over KakaoTalk. But then no contact came through KakaoTalk for several days. It seemed suspicious, so I contacted them, and only then did they respond the next day. When they wanted money, they responded quickly, but how did they change 180 degrees like that... When they finally replied, the doctor said my eyes were not something that could be fixed much, so I should give up, and apologized. There was no mention of returning the deposit.
After my mother, who lives in Korea, called and caused a huge fuss several times, they finally said they would return the deposit. To me, the only thing they said was, "Your mother seems very angry."
After going through this incident, I think not having surgery there was a huge stroke of luck for me.
