<Frontal appearance changes>1st nose: First rhinoplasty in 2013 at ㅎㅅ(ㅓㅟ) in Cheongdam-dong 2nd nose: Revision rhinoplasty in 2016 at ㅇㅍㄹㅅ
My face shape is generally long, and especially my midface is long, and after raising the nose, it looked even longer and too pointed, so I was very dissatisfied. Three years later, I went to Cheongdam ㅎㅅ to have it removed, but the doctor who operated on me was already gone, maybe they had been a salaried doctor, and they quoted 500,000 won for removal. During the consultation, they kept saying things like, “It’s not good to live with foreign material inside your nose~ you should remove everything~” ... A plastic surgery clinic calling implants “foreign material” was really.... I guess they found it bothersome. So I left.
Even if I got it removed, I couldn’t give up the cosmetic aspect, and the price was also something I couldn’t ignore, so I decided on ㅇㅍㄹㅅ because they were running an event for revision rhinoplasty. I think I paid 2.5 million won.
Both the 1st and 2nd surgeries were done with an open approach.. Since the silicone was removed, my nose does look less long, but the nasal tip is still pointed and still shows through, whether it’s ear cartilage or donated costal cartilage. For the 2nd revision, I specifically said I wanted a round nasal tip and used donated costal cartilage shaped into a round form, but it’s gradually becoming more pointed and showing through more and more.
So I’m going to look into removing the donated costal cartilage too..
