The manager was so kind and helpful, which I liked. Director Sim was kind too, but seemed tired. If you don’t ask questions, they don’t explain things in detail, but if you do ask, they answer everything well. Functional nose surgery is an optional add-on, but since that part was important, I didn’t go through with the surgery!
