The wait time wasn’t long, and the consultation manager was very kind. There was no pressure or forceful push to book, which didn’t feel burdensome, and I actually liked that they told me to look around at other places before deciding. The director also examined me carefully and answered my questions in detail. Most of the reviews are good, so it’s a place I’m looking forward to.
