The desk staff and the consultation manager were all kind, and although the wait was on the long side, they came over midway and said the doctor would be here soon and asked me to wait just a little longer, so it felt like they were paying attention. The manager explained things kindly and in detail, so it was easy to listen, and there was no pressure. ㅅㅈㅎ I had a consultation with the director. He looked a little tired, but he didn’t speak fast and had a deep voice, so I could understand the explanation well. He explained the method, materials, etc. while drawing pictures, and answered my questions well. He recommended donor rib cartilage, so I’m debating it, but he said it is possible without using it too. According to the manager, he only performs 2 surgeries a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The price is also relatively cheap compared with other hospitals.
